KURSEONG, March 29. — The Nava Jagaran Samiti at Sudhapatol in Kurseong has lodged an FIR at the Kurseong police station against Suraj Pradhan (53), a resident of Sudhapatol and an employee of the State Electicity Board, accusing him of raping his 10-year-old adopted daughter. The accused, Suraj Pradhan, had adopted the girl from Dhudia in Kurseong sub-division nearly three years ago....
